Job Summary
Facilities Manager overseeing mechanical and HVAC infrastructure in OCI data centers. Leads maintenance execution, vendor performance, and technician leadership for chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls; responsible for preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, and restoration activities. Serves as the technical lead for all mechanical systems, manages technicians, contractors, and service vendors to ensure safety, quality, documentation, and SLA adherence. Drives troubleshooting for mechanical failures and performance degradation, tracks KPIs (availability, backlog, MTTR, repeat failures, maintenance completion, corrective action closure), and collaborates with engineering/commissioning for retrofits and system turnover. Maintains audit-ready records in CMMS, champions safe work practices and environmental compliance, and mentors technicians and frontline leads to strengthen troubleshooting capability and execution. Includes supporting root cause analyses and ensuring corrective actions are fully implemented and sustained.
