Manager, Data Center Building Automation

Lead a team responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of building automation and operational technology systems across one or more regions. Manage engineers and technical partners while partnering with facilities operations, design, commissioning, construction, IT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure BMS, controls, and OT networks remain reliable, secure, and aligned with operational standards. Translate automation standards into executable programs, support major initiatives, and improve operational consistency. Develop technical talent within the building automation function to bridge strategy and execution for mission-critical data center facilities.
