Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Analysts, and technical delivery resources to drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities. Own the strategic roadmap for Data & Analytics solutions supporting Investment Management, partnering with business leaders, investment professionals, and operations teams to translate objectives into scalable data products and delivery plans. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and success metrics. Manage governance, quality controls, and delivery frameworks while modernizing cloud data platforms and enabling AI/ML-enabled analytics. Strong emphasis on translating investment management concepts into data solutions for portfolio management, performance analytics, investor reporting, due diligence, underwriting, deal evaluation, and risk analysis. Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and effective communication of complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of overall experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, BI, or Analytics programs
- Strong background in Business Analysis, Product Management, Product Ownership, or Data Product Management
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL and strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and product-centric operating models
- Experience in Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran and BI Tools would be preferred
