Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the yearly global performance creative learning agenda, uncovering new business opportunities and analyzing complex topics like creative fatigue. Partner with Media Analytics, Media, and Creative Strategy to establish prioritization, methodology, and roadmaps for global performance creative experimentation, while scoping and executing customized creative incrementality tests. Develop and scale a proprietary "Creative Composite Score" framework to evaluate creative health, and partner with data engineering teams to expand granular creative metadata taxonomies. Explore emerging AI tools to automate asset evaluation and predictive modeling, connecting performance signals across paid channels and the full funnel. Maintain deep expertise across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google to translate auction dynamics into actionable briefs, and build analytical frameworks to determine optimal creative mixes and refresh cadences.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Creative Analytics, or Marketing Science, with a heavy emphasis on media measurement and creative performance evaluation
- Demonstrated experience blending rigorous statistical expertise with strong creative intuition, including an understanding of hooks, pacing, asset saturation, and audience resonance
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using statistical programming languages like Python or R for large-scale data analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experience with experimentation methodologies, causal inference, synthetic controls, matched market testing, and regression analysis
- Deep understanding of major digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest) and how creative inputs directly influence platform delivery algorithms, auction dynamics, and CPMs
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical data science methodologies and complex platform dynamics into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for creative teams, media agencies, and marketing leadership
- Experience managing projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders or global regions, with a proven ability to prioritize testing roadmaps and maintain clear documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience
