Job Summary
Manager, Data Analytics and Insights responsible for detailed data analysis, issue identification and resolution, and helpdesk support to support daily operations. Collaborates with clients, data vendors, and partners across Fidelity; leverages investment data knowledge, SQL, and analytics to drive improvements, ensure data quality, and propose process enhancements. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in financial services operations, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in an investment or financial services operations environment
- Hands-on experience with investment data (securities, mutual funds, indices)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with Python desirable
- Familiarity with R Studio a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
