Job Summary
Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team focused on CPG partnerships to define and lead the strategic growth agenda for DashMart’s CPG monetization strategy and operations. Leads strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination across Ads, Trade, Promotions, and emerging capabilities to grow DashMart-specific monetization investments. Sits at the intersection of Ads monetization and go-to-market execution, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, developing scalable monetization frameworks, and driving multi-threaded initiatives. Reports to the Senior Manager on DashMart Strategy & Operations within New Verticals and directly manages a team of 2+. Role is hybrid with in-office and remote work; requires experience in partnering with Ads, Category Management, Vendor Management, Finance, Product, Engineering and client teams to execute complex initiatives; seeks a data-driven, owner/operator mindset to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education requirement includes a completed Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing or communications.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in a corporate strategy setting focused on growing brands, partnering with enterprise CPGs or retailers and/or driving B2B growth
- at least 2 years of experience directly managing a team
- completed Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing or communications
