Job Summary
Oversee entire restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing, ensuring adherence to owner and franchisor guidelines. Make final decisions on matters of importance, integrate PRIDE systems into daily routines, collaborate with the owner and ADQ Business Consultants, and drive the development and achievement of the restaurant’s business plan. Ensure guest service meets company standards, manage local, regional, and national marketing promotions to increase sales, staff and develop managers and hourly employees through training and performance reviews, optimize staffing across all day parts, and manage the restaurant P&L to maximize profit while controlling COGS, labor, and controllables. Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and reporting to the Owner; perform other duties as requested. Maintain positive working relationships and a productive environment to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards for quality, value, service, and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of restaurant management experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record in management of COGS and labor.
- Must be detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
