Job Summary
Manager with 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership, responsible for assisting GM in executing restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Oversees operations during shifts, trains and coaches staff, supports business planning to optimize profitability, ensures food safety and sanitation, maintains quality and guest experience, manages scheduling and staffing, and drives customer service excellence. Requires ServSafe certification, strong hospitality skills, coaching ability, and proficiency with POS systems; able to manage multiple areas in a fast-paced environment and uphold company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
- Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
- Must be ServSafe certifiable
- Customer focus - hospitality and customer service
- Trainer and coach capabilities
- Management skills with coaching and team development
- Organizational and goal-focused
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet standards
- Integrity and trustworthiness
- Ability to train shift leads and crew
- Scheduling understanding for hourly staff
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Participation in marketing and local store activities
- Ability to manage inventory, cash control, and quality/safety standards
- Ability to perform duties under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around nuts and allergens
- Ability to perform other duties as requested by GM
- Experience with P&L awareness and cost controls
