Job Summary
Manager - DAAI responsible for shaping analytical strategy and driving business decisions across product/market lifecycle. Executes analyses, develops strategies, delivers on-time within quality standards, and communicates findings to senior stakeholders. Builds predictive models/ML solutions, leverages cloud analytics (GCP/AWS/Azure), and creates Looker dashboards with LookML; demonstrates data modeling, SQL, Python, and ETL skills. Requires strong project management, ability to interact with senior management, and experience presenting insights and driving business value across customer lifecycle, with a focus on improving CX, reducing risk, and quantifying business impact. HSBC context and India/UAE locations noted.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on analytics experience solving complex data and business intelligence problems
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent
- Experience in data modelling and BI visualization
- Project management skills
- Ability to interact with senior management and communicate clearly
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker/LookML, SQL, Python, BigQuery)
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS Redshift, Azure preferred
- ETL/python scripting knowledge beneficial
- VBA, JIRA and Confluence knowledge
- Experience with Excel and dashboard/storytelling
- Knowledge of data modeling for relational and dimensional models
- Contact Centre industry/WFM knowledge
- Basic GCP understanding
