Job Summary
Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and incident responders by establishing goals, managing operational priorities, and conducting performance coaching. Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and triage while directing forensic investigations into endpoints, cloud resources, and identities. Drive maturity in security operations by implementing XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, and coordinate cross-functional response efforts with infrastructure, legal, and executive leadership. Develop security roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives to strengthen response readiness and reduce operational risk.
Required Qualifications
