Job Summary
Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems within a secure enclave and ensuring compliance with government policies (e.g., DAAG, JSIG, ICDs). Provide mentorship and development opportunities for managers and new leaders; establish process controls and support Certification & Accreditation (A&A). Manage RMF or equivalent cybersecurity frameworks, facilitate training, and coordinate with executives and customers on technical matters. Ensure environments remain compliant and obtain formal government authorizations. On-site role in Huntsville, AL; requires a Secret clearance, 10% travel, and no relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 Years with BS; 5 Years with Masters; 2 Years with PhD (in lieu of a Bachelors Degree, an additional 11 years of relevant experience)
- Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (at a minimum), or must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program to be considered

- Must be willing to work on-site in Huntsville, AL
