Job Summary
Lead day-to-day delivery of cyber resilience and transformation engagements for banks, insurers, and asset managers. Translate regulatory requirements such as DORA and NIS2 into practical control improvements, roadmaps, and operating model changes. Manage workstreams, client workshops, interviews, and deliverables from planning through implementation support while advising senior stakeholders on cyber risk, IAM, and third-party technology risk. Support business development by identifying client needs, contributing to proposals, and growing FS Cyber client relationships. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and coach junior colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes. Based in The Netherlands with a hybrid schedule, this role offers a gross salary between €5,085 and €6,046 monthly, plus vacation days, home office allowance, and mobility benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Security, IT, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Cyber Defense, IT Risk, Technology Risk, or Technology Strategy within or for Financial Services
- Practical experience with cyber resilience frameworks, regulations, or programs, such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, BCM, IAM incl. PAM, or third-party technology risk
- Proven ability to manage project workstreams, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality client outputs on time
- Experience contributing to business development, including client conversations, proposal development, and account growth activities
- Strong communication skills in English
