Job Summary
Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention, growth, and exceptional customer experiences in an EdTech/SaaS context. Manage performance, develop talent through regular 1:1s and reviews, analyze team metrics, and ensure adherence to best practices and playbooks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and supporting teams to align on strategic goals, while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and coaching for team development. Requires 5+ years of CSM experience in EdTech/SaaS, 2+ years of sales management, proficiency with SFDC, Google Workspace, Zoom, and exposure to Tableau, and a proven track record in data-driven decision making and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of CSM experience in EdTech/SaaS
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Confident working with SFDC, Google workspace and Zoom
- Some experience working with Tableau
- Confident in analyzing data to make strategic decisions
- Confident in development coaching and leadership skills
