Job Summary
Lead daily department operations in a retail store by ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received orders for quality and count, and ensuring product freshness. Manage a team to complete stocking, production, and additional tasks while executing weekly Flight Plans and adhering to food safety and store guidelines. Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts, oversee staffing, training, and performance management, and communicate with district and company leadership. Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and implement Our Winning Recipe to meet company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- GED
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- ability to work in a varied temperature retail store environment
- ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions
- ability to work in a low to moderate noise level environment
