Job Summary
Lead a 12–15 associate team in the Long Term Care Contact Center to deliver high-quality, phone and transaction-based customer service. Drive performance by setting goals, coaching, and leveraging data/insights to optimize scheduling, staffing, and work allocation. Ensure quality service by monitoring call/transaction quality standards and driving continuous improvement. Act as escalation point for complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives, and develop talent to deliver exceptional experiences for policyholders.
