This managerial role focuses on overseeing delivery managers for internal customer operations projects within budget and timelines while driving the omnichannel customer journey at BetMGM.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center platforms or technology
- 3+ years experience in a regulated industry
- 3+ years leading teams of direct reports
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver projects within deadlines
- Formal PMP or similar certification
- Understanding of software development process
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
