Job Summary
Manager, Customer Experience responsible for leading Saskatoon-based Order-to-Cash team (approx. four direct reports within a larger team of 25) supporting Wholesale Sales NPK operations across North America. Focus areas include process optimization, system automation, accuracy, resource allocation, and expansion of the customer portal. Lead onboarding and development of team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Transportation & Distribution, Product Management), ensure timely and accurate order-to-cash activities (orders, invoicing, contracts, product allocations), maintain master data integrity, support SOX/audit requests, and drive continuous improvement to meet revenue targets and customer service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Customer Experience or Supply Chain or related experience
- 8+ years of experience in finance or related business function
- minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detailed understanding of SAP or similar ERP system
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
