Job Summary
Lead product management and strategic development for the Toro Company's customer care and technical service portfolio. Drive new product development, set specifications, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, plan sales volume and ROI, maintain technical data and training materials, enhance after-sales support, and develop marketing and launch materials. Leverage data analytics and AI techniques to improve customer care solutions, using tools like Power BI/Tableau, Python, and SQL. Collaborate with R&D/manufacturing, develop telematics/automation solutions (Lora, GPS, GPRS, Wi-Fi), and produce actionable reports to guide decisions. Requires ~5% travel and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Marketing with substantial product/sales management, analytics, and cross-functional experience. “What Do You Need?” section plus a travel expectation are included in responsibilities and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in a product management role
- At least 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry and agricultural product development
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL
- At least 1 year of experience in product or sales management within the drip irrigation industry
- Experience in data analysis and machine learning
