Job Summary

Manager, Customer Care & Sales Advisor leads and coaches a team responsible for customer interactions and sales-related activities. Responsibilities include communicating departmental goals, monitoring performance data and call queues, staffing, budgeting, overseeing cash management, and driving customer experience through coaching and process improvements. Drives First Contact Resolution, collaborates with Marketing and leadership to understand competition and growth, recruits and trains new associates, conducts regular one-on-one meetings, and fosters a culture of inclusion and continuous learning. Requires strong managerial skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to analyze performance data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and to minimize non-revenue customer contacts.
