Job Summary
Manager, Customer Business based in Oak Brook, IL leads customer performance, drives revenue and margin targets, and serves as the primary TreeHouse point of contact for assigned customers. Partners with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Units) to deliver customer-specific strategies, pricing initiatives, and forecast accuracy, while developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Oversees communications, issue resolution with Customer Service and Customer Supply Chain, and provides insights from customer feedback and performance analysis. Executes division selling strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates on customer annual operating plans, product assortment optimization, and service levels. Hybrid, full-time role with travel as needed; compensation range $101,600–$152,400 and opportunities for merit-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales or related roles with increasing scope and responsibility
- Experience in the retail grocery channel required; Topco experience required
- Club channel and private label experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive pricing and product strategies
- Solid financial acumen with understanding of profit and loss and trade funding management
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams required
- Experience with systems such as Circana, business intelligence tools, SAP, and SharePoint preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
