Job Summary
Lead customer business strategy for assigned accounts, serve as primary TreeHouse point of contact, drive revenue and margin targets, deliver forecast accuracy, and build/maintain strategic customer relationships. Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Units) to deliver customer-specific strategies and growth. Perform activities including delivering communications to customers, managing expectations, executing division selling strategies and customer-specific pricing initiatives, developing customer annual operating plans, monitoring performance, identifying white space opportunities, optimizing product assortment, and supporting demand planning and allocations. This role is based in Oak Brook, IL with hybrid work arrangements and travel as needed to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales or related roles with increasing scope and responsibility
- Experience in the retail grocery channel
- Topco experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive pricing and product strategies
- Solid financial acumen with understanding of profit and loss and trade funding management
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with systems such as Circana, business intelligence tools, SAP, and SharePoint preferred
