Job Summary
Manager Customer Account Management for FMCG accounts: lead sales and profitability for assigned customers, develop and implement local go-to-market and customer strategies, manage budgets and costs, negotiate trading terms to achieve targeted margins, monitor 5P execution, provide insights from post-evaluation analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and build strong customer relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; fluency in English essential.
