Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Custodial Services Department under the Director's guidance. Train assigned staff and monitor their performance to ensure standards are met. Manage a schedule spanning 245 work days with 1.0 FTE hours, subject to shift assignment. Maintain a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required for duties. Assist in overseeing the department's maintenance and custodial workflows.
Required Qualifications
- five years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial or maintenance work
- three years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity
- valid California Class C driver's license
- proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college in a related field
