Job Summary
Scout the market for lease and land properties while maintaining the database from start to finish. Manage and assist with overall coordination, collaboration, business development, and support to the team. Monitor inventory levels, adjust supply data during the project life cycle, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and speed to market on intel regarding availability and upcoming supply. Source and maintain relationships with landlords and land supply, conducting onsite meetings or inspections as needed. Perform business development activities including travel to remote areas and industrial clusters, utilizing accurate probing techniques for commercial proposals and terms.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage relationships with all stakeholders
- Experience within the Property industry
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the city is preferred if any onsite meetings or inspections need to be conducted
- Business Development activities that include travel to remote areas/industrial clusters/warehousing clusters
- Accuracy and correct probing techniques for commercial proposal or terms and expectations of the developer, landlords and investors
