Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and mentor analysts in refining and coordinating market operations schedules to enable nationwide vehicle delivery. Manage current schedule efficacy to maximize system objectives for quality, speed, cost, and customer delivery while supervising real-time changes to minimize customer impacts. Collaborate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot resource planning issues, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to improve network health. Provide updates to senior leadership on team performance and department goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work variable schedules. Full-time salary position with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as supply chain, engineering, operations, or STEM
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Flexibility to work variable schedules as needed

- Preferred experience using SQL, scheduling software, demand modeling, transportation management systems, or geographic information systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional and courteous interpersonal skills
