Job Summary
Culture & Recognition Manager responsible for designing and delivering enterprise culture, engagement events, and recognition programs that reinforce DRIVE values across AutoNation. Own end-to-end event logistics, partner with senior leadership, measure program impact, administer recognition platforms, and drive culture initiatives across field and hourly populations. Lead with cross-functional collaboration (HRBPs, Talent Advisors, CHRO/CEO) to craft a calendar of culture moments, build guidelines and communications, and ensure timely milestones and meaningful associate experiences. Role is fully onsite at AutoNation Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a focus on scalable, data-informed improvements and enterprise-wide program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, culture, employee engagement, recognition, or event management
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale or multi-site associate-facing events end-to-end
- Experience managing recognition programs or vendor platforms, including administrative and reporting responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce polished associate-facing content, executive communications, and program materials
- Collaborative and relationship-driven
