Job Summary
Lead end-to-end CSR initiatives across Education, Skilling, Environment, Healthcare, Livelihood, Community Development and Employee Volunteering. Independently plan, design, implement and manage CSR projects aligned with organizational strategy and Schedule VII requirements; conduct baseline assessments, need analysis, develop annual project plans with KPIs and monitoring structures; manage multiple CSR projects across thematic/geographical areas; coordinate with internal teams and NGOs/vendors for execution; establish robust monitoring and evaluation, dashboards, MIS, and impact reporting; ensure governance, compliance, and documentation; oversee NGO/vendor management and budget oversight; design and execute employee volunteering programs; develop CSR communications and branding materials; travel locally and outstation as needed. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in related Social Sciences fields and 7+ years of CSR experience, with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and presentation skills. This is a hybrid role involving both virtual work and in-person at a TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant CSR experience
- Master’s in Social Work / Sociology / Development Studies / Rural Development or related Social Sciences fields
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to travel locally and outstation for project monitoring and field visits
- Experience in end-to-end CSR project management and NGO/vendor management
- Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and impact summaries
