Job Summary
Manager – Crypto Strategic Initiatives leads program management across multiple crypto-related workstreams, coordinates executive engagements and syndication of work across leadership, prepares executive-level presentations with strategic recommendations and risk assessments, and drives cross-functional delivery with product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations. The role emphasizes identifying trade-offs, preparing decision frameworks, monitoring progress, and implementing mitigation plans, plus identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk in regulatory and product development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; MBA/JD/MD/etc welcomed for advanced degrees per job description
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree; 0 years with a PhD per role description
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, payments, or financial services preferred
- Strong program management across multi-workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and governance artifacts (steering committees, regulatory reporting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across legal, compliance, product, finance, and operations
- Knowledge of crypto ecosystems and digital asset market dynamics
- Experience with regulatory and legal teams in financial regulations or compliance matters
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers
