Job Summary
Manager position in Cross Border Payments for Visa's LAC region, focusing on strategy execution, program management and enhancing client engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese strongly preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Background at a top tier management consultancy and/or corporate strategy/operations leadership is a strong plus.
- Extensive experience in banking/financial services or technology/fintech.
- Deep familiarity with payment products, eCommerce, mobile, and cross border flows.
- Proven success leading client facing engagements with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Track record delivering high impact results in corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
- Ability to structure and manage complex, cross enterprise programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills.
