Job Summary
CRM Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end execution and optimization of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across Athleta’s owned marketing channels, driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include campaign deployment lifecycle (calendar, QA, approvals, tagging, deployment, post-send validation), detailed planning documentation, cross-functional partnership to ensure timely delivery, prioritization and risk identification with rapid solutions, ongoing workflow improvement, competitive benchmarking and translation into actionable optimizations, and weekly/ad-hoc reporting to inform strategy. The role emphasizes continuous testing, learning, and best-in-class customer experiences, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and/or push notification channels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into action
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization
- Experience supporting DTC or digitally driven brands preferred
