Job Summary
Lead the WellSpan EMS Critical Care Transport program by providing oversight for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and operational readiness. Manage ground critical care transport services to ensure safe, evidence-based, and high-reliability delivery of advanced interfacility transport services aligned with health system strategy. Drive program growth while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and strategic objectives. Full-time role with rotating 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
