Job Summary
Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high net worth Canadians by delivering deep-discovery conversations, analyzing financial statements, and presenting tailored credit solutions. Proactively manage credit renewals and mortgage discussions while preparing accurate proposals for approval with a sense of urgency. Deliver innovative credit solutions and professional value-added advice to Private Banking clients, ensuring all interactions adhere to the five principles of the Black Card Experience. This role supports the One RBC strategy of introducing clients to the right partners and capabilities at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting to personal and/or business clients
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Superior client relationship management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit/risk procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Experience working with high net worth clients
- Experience in Commercial and/or Capital Markets
