Job Summary
Lead global credit risk and collections across AMER, EMEA, and APAC; oversee credit evaluation, policies, and approval frameworks; drive collection strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce delinquency; manage a global team of credit and collections professionals; partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations; provide recommendations to senior leadership on risk exposure and collection performance; ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal controls; leverage data analytics and automation to improve efficiency and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or credit certification is a bonus
- 8–12+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash functions
- 3–5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing global teams across multiple regions
- Experience working in multinational or shared services environments
- Strong credit risk assessment expertise
- Advanced collections and receivables management knowledge
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel & Power BI reporting capabilities
