Job Summary

Identify and evaluate new creator-led marketing opportunities, platforms, technologies, and formats. Partner with creators through agencies and direct outreach to negotiate scope, timelines, and deliverables. Lead the creation and delivery of social-native videos that build fandom for theatrical releases. Implement tools to measure and pair studio data with creator audiences. Design and produce in-person screenings, events, and experiential activations to generate brand allegiance and user-generated content. Lead initiatives targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha segments while collaborating cross-functionally with brand, publicity, and creative teams. Document performance data, present insights to senior management, and establish benchmarks against objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, digital strategy, or brand partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with creators or talent
  • Demonstrated experience launching or managing innovative, non-traditional marketing initiatives
  • Solid understanding of theatrical film marketing and the evolving entertainment landscape
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with creators or experiential marketing formats
  • Studio or talent agency background
  • Familiarity with audience research, social analytics, and performance measurement tools
  • Passion for film, storytelling, and the future of theatrical exhibition
  • Based at the historic Paramount lot in Los Angeles (5 days onsite)
