Manager, Creator Activation - CREO

Manager, Creator Activation at OM Creo leads influencer activation across OM’s managed service, serving all OM agencies. The role is client-facing for influencer campaigns, including creator-direct management, negotiation, and execution of social content in response to client briefs and Creo plans. Responsibilities include vetting influencers, aggregating submissions, inputting campaign details into tracking systems, managing partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion, coordinating content reviews, ensuring metrics and recaps, and supporting logistics (travel, product shipments) for influencers. The role collaborates with paid social teams to execute paid amplification, stays current on influencer trends, develops thought leadership pieces, and works with OM COE platform teams to implement best practices. Requirements include deep influencer marketing knowledge, strong influencer relationships, ability to align brand narratives with creator storytelling, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and creative mindset, integrity, autonomy, and 3-5 years experience in influencer and media environments. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $95,000 USD, with a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two remote per week; in-office days are flexible and may evolve.
