Job Summary
Lead and oversee the design, production, and distribution of print and visual communications across multiple platforms in support of college branding. Supervise and develop the creative staff (graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and contractors); collaborate with district marketing contacts to establish project timelines, specifications, and production schedules; ensure consistent application of branding standards across print, digital, and multimedia. Manage client relationships, coordinate workflows and resource allocation, oversee vendor communications and printing/bid processes, and control budgets. Drive high-quality materials by supervising pre-press production, press checks, and quality assurance, while leveraging software and technology to enhance productivity and ADA-compliant accessibility of materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Four (4) years of directly related experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Security sensitive position requiring criminal background check
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and vendor relations
- Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards and principles
- Proficiency with relevant software and design tools
- Experience coordinating print and digital assets across platforms
- Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and staffing
