Job Summary
Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for the Walmart business, managing daily inventory workflows to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales. Monitor item performance, analyze POS data, and execute replenishment strategies to support seasonal events, promotions, and modular transitions. Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances, identify out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners, and report critical metrics including fill rate, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics to align on demand shifts and new item launches, while optimizing replenishment parameters within Walmart's systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory or supply chain roles
- direct experience managing a Walmart (or similar big-box retail) account
- Experience using Walmart's Scintilla or Retail Link systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with Walmart's seasonal planning calendar and modular reset processes
