Job Summary
Own the end-to-end replenishment process for Walmart, including inventory management, order analysis, fulfillment, and forecasting support for select categories across DCs and stores. Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels, monitor critical metrics like fill rate and on-time delivery, and drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions. Analyze POS data to identify trends, partner with Walmart buyers and internal teams to align on promotions and demand shifts, and maintain replenishment parameters within Walmart's systems. Track KPIs including in-stock %, OTIF, and forecast accuracy while implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory or supply chain roles
- Direct experience managing a Walmart (or similar big-box retail) account
- Experience using Walmart's Scintilla or Retail Link systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Experience presenting to retail partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with Walmart's seasonal planning calendar and modular reset processes
