Manager, Country Operations (Mid)

Oversee and manage the assigned Line of Business and related operations within the country, including full responsibility for planning, staffing, directing, and controlling daily activities. Drive operational excellence by managing budgets, leading recruitment and training, handling performance management, ensuring compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Develop country logistics capabilities, expand the 2PL and supplier network, evaluate operational solutions, and partner with Commercial teams to strengthen customer relationships and support sustainable business growth. This role focuses on financial performance, safe operations, and people leadership to deliver results for the organization.
