Job Summary
Lead multiple large-scale cost reimbursement and infrastructure finance projects, review construction costs and change orders, make and defend recommendations on cost eligibility and reimbursement, serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor, oversee QA/QC, mentor staff, support business development, and help build and scale the Cost Reimbursement Review practice within the Municipal + District Finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience
- Project management experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- PE preferred
