Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of operational COGS and performance reporting for the Canadian RTE brand, translating cost performance insights into actionable strategic initiatives, and partnering with procurement, finance, and cross-functional teams to improve cost management, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee the development of self-service reports, dashboards, and scalable tools; ensure governance, change management, and alignment with strategic priorities; drive opportunities for margin improvement through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations with a strong understanding of financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency within Google and Microsoft suite, particularly within Google Sheets & Excel
- Experience querying data from relational databases using SQL
- Experience automating reporting solutions using Python or other programming languages
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau is a plus
