Job Summary
Develop and manage granular zero-based cost build-ups across multiple product categories, identifying savings opportunities and cost drivers to influence business decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Sales to support sourcing strategies with data-driven insights and scenario modeling. Prepare executive-level presentations communicating cost structures, risks, and recommendations while monitoring market trends for monthly analysis reports. Drive continuous improvement in cost modeling tools and ensure financial integrity of all analyses. Partner with the Manager, Procurement Finance to develop department KPIs and maintain governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial modeling, detailed cost buildup, and analytical capability
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, cost analytics
- Experience in complex supply chain environments, ideally within construction or building products
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with cost modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with BI platforms
- Experience working in product-based or complex supply chain environments
- Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable business decision
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
