Job Summary
Manage and execute full-stack cost accounting for a significant portion of Anduril’s product portfolio. Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of cost accountants and analysts; oversee standard costing, cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and inventory/work-in-process reconciliations. Support internal controls design and maintenance, external audits, and IPO readiness initiatives; collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering on cost drivers and manufacturing performance; contribute to pricing, cost proposals, and government-contract accounting (FAR/CAS); drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
