  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site portfolios, including remote troubleshooting and vendor coordination
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation for both practitioners and executive audiences
  • Experience using system health monitoring tools and ticketing/case management platforms to track incidents, faults, and vendor performance, with the ability to translate operational data into statistical reporting for leadership
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure concepts (networking fundamentals, VLANs/segmentation, server/virtualization environments, Active Directory/identity management) sufficient to partner with IT and Infrastructure teams on system integration, hosting, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Domestic and international travel required (estimated 20–30%)
  • Ability to work on ladders, in mechanical/telecom rooms, and other non-office environments during installation and troubleshooting activities
  • Availability to support after-hours system issues or event-based deployments as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with international facility security requirements (e.g., GDPR-aligned access data handling, regional labor consultation requirements)
  • Familiarity with residential/executive protection technology deployments
  • Industry certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or equivalent
  • Experience with monitoring platform transitions or multi-vendor central station coordination
