Job Summary
Lead and execute quality, food safety, and regulatory programs across Mondelez NA Ventures manufacturing, packing and warehousing partners; direct QA strategy and oversee QCMS audits; drive continuous improvement and ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance; collaborate with cross-functional teams including RDQ and senior management; manage day-to-day quality performance, CTQ/CTP parameters, and supplier partnerships; travel ~30-40% for project needs; requires a BS in a related science and 5+ years of related experience with supervisory exposure; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences
- Minimum 5+ years related experience (Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D)
- Two years of experience supervising direct reports preferred
