Job Summary
Manager, Corporate Partnerships at ROM Foundation (Toronto, ON) leads sponsorship acquisition, management and renewal of event sponsors and corporate partners; develops sponsorship proposals and pitch decks that articulate value and ROI, negotiates contracts, and drives revenue targets; manages a portfolio of sponsors and corporate members, supporting fulfillment of sponsorship agreements and post-event reporting; collaborates on sponsor activations and on-site delivery; leads Corporate Membership Program growth and engagement; requires 5–7 years in sponsorship/partnerships, strong proposals, negotiation, communications, and relationship-building; CFRE considered a strong asset; bilingual French/English proficiency considered an asset; 35 hours per week; in-person with minimum 3 days in office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate sponsorship, partnership development, marketing, and/or event management
- Demonstrated success in events, sponsorship acquisition, sales, and revenue generation
- Proven ability to develop proposals, pitch partnership opportunities, and negotiate agreements
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities with a high level of professionalism
- Results-driven with strong sales instincts and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to partnership development
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Passion for museums, arts, culture, nature, and public engagement
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFRE) considered a strong asset
- Bilingual (French/English) proficiency considered an asset
