Job Summary
Manager, Corporate Operations role overseeing end-to-end Pan Pakistan supply chain functions (sourcing, warehousing, last-mile logistics); drives 95%+ fulfillment, optimal stock via PO processes, and robust collaboration with suppliers/3PLs. Requires strategic thinking with execution capabilities to optimize costs, improve service levels, and ensure KPIs are achieved. Key focus areas include vendor management, SOP alignment, cost control below 2% GMV, working capital optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with leadership responsibility for the operations team and ongoing process improvements and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in cost optimization, KPI tracking, and process automation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
