Manager, Corporate Office Facilities

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day corporate site services for assigned office locations, coordinating facilities services, reception, security support, vendor performance, and site readiness; manage office operations, space moves, inventory, ServiceNow usage, safety/compliance documentation, budgeting and admin tasks; liaise with Corporate Facilities leadership, Security, IT, HR, and external providers to ensure consistent service delivery aligned with corporate standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, site services, workplace operations, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and service providers
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
