Job Summary
Prepare and review tax advisory reports, implement client strategies, and draft M&A due diligence documents. Manage assignments for a wide range of clients while ensuring engagements meet high standards within specified timeframes. Identify risks, apply global and local quality control processes, and supervise junior team members. Participate in business development activities to promote the firm's services and contribute to service line strategy development.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience with at least 5 years' experience
- CA or law qualification
- tertiary qualification in Tax
- Demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability
- Demonstrated writing ability, drafting of letters of advice and other technical documents
- Demonstrated background in tax compliance
- Strong research and business analysis skills
- Ability to work well as a member of a high performing team
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with external clients
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in Corporate Tax within a Big 4 or law firm
