Job Summary
Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead forecasting, annual and long-range planning, and reporting. Partners with business leaders to translate operational performance into financial outcomes, develop financial models and reporting frameworks, deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting, and present concise financial storytelling to executives. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in NYC with relocation assistance available for candidates outside NY/NJ. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or related analytical roles
- Experience supporting planning processes, business reviews, and management reporting
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with BI tools, databases, SQL, or FP&A platforms is a plus
- Desire to leverage AI as the default way of work
